I’m a coach trained in Applied Positive Psychology and ADHD coaching, and someone who’s personally navigated anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

A bit of background

Before coaching, I spent a decade in the music industry working in A&R with artists like Sharon Van Etten, St. Vincent, and more.

In 2019, I pursued a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by certification through ADDCA.

The Flourish Project grew from a simple idea: people shouldn’t have to fall apart to start taking care of themselves.

Based in Dallas, working with clients worldwide.
